HAIR EXTENSIONS SERVICES DETAILS

BEADED (I-TIP & FLAT TIP):

These extensions are made up of several hair strands glued together at the tip. Unlike U-Tip, this system is applied without the use of heat or glue. I-Tip and beaded extensions are attached to the hair using micro rings. The micro ring is then compressed around the hair for a comfortable secure attachment. . Touch ups should be done every 8 to 12 weeks to maintain the integrity of the clients hair and avoid removal problems. The extensions can be reused up to 3 times.

TAPE-IN:

Tape-in hair extensions are thin wefts of pre-taped hair. These wefts are installed in a “sandwich” style to your natural hair. This method is 100% natural, requires no tools or chemicals, and lasts up to two months-and the hair is reusable! Recommended touch ups should be done every 4-6 weeks. These extensions can also be reused up to three times before new hair is needed.

FUSION/THERMAL:

Fusion hair extensions are often called pre-bonded or bonding hair extensions. This is a hair extension method where pre-tipped hair extensions are fused to individual strands of your natural hair using an adhesive like keratin glue. This method has the longest application time, but is the lowest maintenance after the initial application. Most clients do not reuse fusion extensions, but either have them removed and/or a new set installed after 4-8 months.

HAND-TIED:

Hand-tied extensions are a method where a stylist attaches beads onto a row of a client’s natural hair, similar to the beaded weft method. A weft is then “sewn” into the client’s natural hair. The detailed process is ideal for those looking to add more volume and length that looks natural without putting too much tension on the scalp or hair. The weft(s) will need to be moved up every 4-6 weeks, and the weft(s) can be reused up to 3 times as well.
