Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice of cancellation
All services will now require a credit/debit card on file in order to reserve your appointment. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice. Missed appointments, arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the time of the appointment, or appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice, will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
